An Indian body responsible for the accreditation of specific professional and technical programs, particularly in engineering, management, pharmacy and architecture.

NBA accreditation is grounded in outcome-based education and requires programs to measure attainment of course and program outcomes through CO-PO mapping. NBA is India's signatory to the Washington Accord, giving its accredited engineering degrees international recognition. It is program-specific, unlike the institution-wide NAAC.
