CGPA (Cumulative Grade Point Average)

Grading & Metrics

A weighted average of grade points earned across an entire program, summarising overall academic performance.

Grading scales vary by country and institution (for example a 4.0 scale or a 10-point scale). CGPA is used for honours classification, scholarship eligibility and admission to further study.
